Architect and operate cloud environments for government and defense customers across classified and unclassified networks. Manage infrastructure-as-code deployments, enforce security baselines, and support mission-critical workloads on GovCloud and on-premise hybrid environments.
Responsibilities
- —Design and implement cloud architectures on AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and hybrid on-prem environments
- —Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and Ansible

Requirements

Deploy, install, and maintain IT and communications systems at government and military installations worldwide. Serve as the primary technical point of contact during field operations, ensuring mission readiness of hardware and network infrastructure in austere environments.
Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of IT procurement for government contracts — from requirements analysis and vendor qualification through delivery and acceptance. Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific acquisition regulations while optimizing cost and schedule performance.

- —Manage vendor relationships and evaluate proposals against technical and cost criteria

Requirements

Support intelligence operations using the KERNOS C6ISR platform across multiple domains — cyber, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, and MASINT. Produce all-source analytical products and provide direct support to operational commanders in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
- —Operate KERNOS platform modules to fuse multi-domain intelligence feeds
- —Produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence assessments for supported commands
- —Coordinate with collection managers to optimize sensor tasking against priority intelligence requirements
- —Brief senior leadership and operational commanders on intelligence assessments
- —Maintain analytical tradecraft standards in accordance with ICD 203 and ICD 206
Requirements
- —Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph preferred
- —Military intelligence MOS or equivalent civilian experience
- —4+ years of all-source intelligence analysis experience
- —Experience with one or more KERNOS domains: CYBER, SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, MASINT
- —Proficiency with IC analytical tools (Palantir, ArcGIS, or equivalent)
Build and maintain the internal platform infrastructure supporting Valley IT's C6ISR software development and delivery pipelines. Work onsite at our Southern Pines facility alongside cleared engineering teams to design reliable, secure, and scalable platform services for mission-critical programs.
Responsibilities
- —Design, deploy, and operate CI/CD pipelines and internal developer tooling for cleared software programs
- —Manage on-premise server infrastructure, virtualization environments, and network configuration at the Southern Pines facility
- —Implement and enforce platform security controls in accordance with DoD RMF and CMMC requirements
- —Collaborate with software engineers and program managers to define platform requirements and SLAs
- —Monitor system health, respond to incidents, and conduct root cause analysis for platform-level failures
- —Support ATO documentation and continuous monitoring activities for facility-hosted systems
Requirements
- —Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
- —B.S. in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field — or equivalent experience
- —3+ years of platform, DevOps, or infrastructure engineering experience
- —Proficiency with Linux system administration, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible)
- —Experience with on-premise data center operations and network fundamentals (VLANs, firewalls, routing)
- —Familiarity with DoD RMF, NIST 800-53, or CMMC compliance frameworks
- —Must be able to work onsite at Southern Pines, NC facility — remote not available for this role
